Welcome to my blog today! I am participating in my first blog hop with ESAD and I’m very excited! We’re showcasing the NEW products in the Annual Catalogue from Stampin‘ Up! I’m a huge fan of coffee and chocolate, so the “Nothing’s Better Than” stamp set was always going to be top of my wish list from the Annual Catalogue!!
(Turns out I’m a cocktail fan too 😉)
I chose a colour combination from the Stampin’ Up’s ‘colour coach’ (an excellent demonstrator tool), because it reminded me of the layered soft drinks that I had on special occasions as a child!
I realised
that I also wanted to stamp the cocktail image and colour it with the stamps
(two-step stamping) – especially as the Bumblebee ink made a fantastic lemon
wedge! So, my leftover die cut (because I couldn’t decide which colours I wanted
on the card) and the coloured cocktail image became the tag.
